What you can expect
  • Directness instead of detours – I say what I think, and I ask when something remains unclear. For me, politeness is no substitute for clarity.
  • Transparency about the framework. You will know in advance within which legal and methodological framework we work – you can find more on this under Approach.
  • No pressure. After the first conversation, we decide together, without haste, whether working together makes sense at this point in time.
  • Support between sessions. I work exclusively in person. For clients who have been in ongoing counselling for some time, I additionally offer brief interventions in everyday life: if a method or exercise developed in a session raises questions, causes uncertainty or activates a triggered state, you do not have to wait until the next session – acute support is then available by email, in exceptional cases also via WhatsApp, for a fee.
