The division of the human being
into different spheres
— body; mind; heart —
is practical.

But neither necessary.
Nor natural.

Approach

High Speed Systemic Synthesis

Three levels that are usually treated separately – deliberately brought together here, because at high cognitive processing speed they are inseparable anyway:

Mind – Body – Heart

Cognition, nervous system and relational system as one.

Systemic

Issues rarely arise in a vacuum.

Relationships, families and work contexts help shape what is experienced as an individual problem.

Systemic work places things in context instead of isolating them.

Nervous System & Body

Regulation is not a question of willpower.

My work is informed by body- and nervous-system-oriented approaches – including Neurosystemic Integration, Polyvagal Theory and NARM – with particular attention to the fact that in gifted people, stimulus processing often runs more intensely, faster and in more complex ways than common models account for.

Cognitive Maps

Part of the approach stems from my own research into spatial-sequential perception (synaesthesia as a qualitative instrument).

It is used to make complex inner connections visible – for people whose nature it is to live in multilayered structures of images, systems and maps.

Who I Am

Franziska Kaiser

Behind Decoding Trauma stands a path through design, craft, science, and systemic and body-oriented work – not a detour, but part of the approach.

Transparency about the current framework

You yourself are the key.

What this practice currently is – and what it is not yet.

I currently work as a psychological counsellor (coaching), not as a licensed psychotherapist or as a Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie (a German state permit for non-medical psychotherapeutic practice).

Although further training in that direction is under way, it is important to me to communicate the current state of my qualifications clearly and transparently.

This statement is not a formality but part of the respect I owe you as a client: you should know exactly with whom, and within what framework, you are working.

For the same reason, I do not promise solutions or healing.

I am convinced that everything you need to decode your current challenges is already present within you, that this work is about approaching that potential – and that I serve, at most, as someone who points towards the next possible doors.

You yourself are the key.

What I can promise you, however, is to accompany you as a present and attentive companion on your individual path towards solutions, and to hold the space you need for it.

Process and Fees

All fees listed are private-pay rates.

Billing through statutory or private health insurance is not currently available.

  • Initial conversation (20 min) Free of charge.
  • Individual session (70 min) €90.
  • Couple session (90 min) €170.
  • Extension Each additional 15 minutes €25.

For couples, I recommend one or two separate individual conversations over the course of the counselling.

For more complex concerns, an individual session can extend to 90–100 minutes – anything beyond that tends to become too much at once and imprecise rather than more thorough.

Questions about the approach are best clarified in conversation.
